I am a chain smoker, can any one help me out here..

I have tried to quit many times but not able to do so far, have also discussed this on other forums, but no results..

there are many ways to quit smoking (or any addiction) but the most important thing is you should have will power and motivation to quit, if you have nothing can stop you.... sure..

Read these 10 points before you smoke!

 

1.     There is SIX times more POLLUTION in a crowded smoky room, than there is on a busy motorway!

2.     Nearly 10 THOUSAND hospital beds are taken up EVERY DAY by people who are poorly because of smoking!

3.     Even dogs dislike smoking! Smoking has been banned at dog shows because the smoke irritates the dog’s eyes, making them really watery and sore!

4.     To stay fit – DON’T SMOKE! Carbon monoxide in cigarette smoke starves your body of oxygen, making it harder to play sports.

5.     Question: Mix together fly killer, nail varnish remover and floor cleaner and what do you get? Answer: Just some of the nasty chemicals found in cigarette smoke!

6.     You get coughs, colds and the flu more often if you smoke cigarettes. So to avoid the winter blues, be smart, don’t even start!

7.     If you’re thinking of smoking to lose weight – DON’T! It doesn’t work. Teenagers’ weight is not affected by smoking or by quitting!

8.     Smoking makes people look older…but only because smoking causes wrinkles, especially around the mouth and the eyes!

9.     An average smoker’s lungs collect over a mug full of tar every year! No wonder smokers are always coughing!

10.   Smoking reduces people’s sense of taste and smell. Maybe that’s why smokers can put up with the horrible taste of cigarettes.

you need to identify what works for the best..there are several ways you can stop smoking..one of the most common ways is self control..either you stop smoking abruptly or decide a day to quit, reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke everyday and then one day you stop completley..

thanks. i did not access this site for long.

is it ok to chew pan masala without tobacco to stop smoking. it work well wid me. does it have any ill effect?
